“Almost nobody knows this…but…the human eye cannot “see” a wrinkle. What the eye sees is actually the shadow made by the wrinkle.” This is the exact line that sold me on ordering a trial of LifeCell. The manufacturers of LifeCell state that it uses new technology that ‘magically tricks’ the eye to make wrinkles appear to disappear. Sort of like an optical illusion. It’s a science called light-reflecting micro-technology, which makes use of micro-fillers to smooth and soften the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, to where they are almost invisible. I ordered my trial on a Friday and received it on a Wednesday.

First Impression: It comes in a tube. A lot of product comes in this tube. I was expecting a tiny little sample, but no, this is a full-sized tube of 2.54 oz. This is going to last me well beyond my 30-day trial period. The cream doesn’t have a fragrance. It’s thick but spreadable. It’s an off-white almost eggshell color.

Day 1: Unlike other products I’ve reviewed, LifeCell claims to work instantly. It depends on how you define “work”. I washed my face and applied the amount in the instructions, and you know what, it does “work” right away. The cream filled in my fine lines to where they weren’t as noticeable as usual. The lines around my lips from years of smoking were almost non-existent. This is no facelift in a tube, but it for sure does fill in lines. I’m happy about this. It definitely lived up to its first promise. At night when I washed my face, my wrinkles came back. *Sigh*. Per the instructions, I knew this would happen. I immediately put on the cream again and my wrinkles went back to being less-visible.

Day 7: My skin feels soft and smooth. My wrinkles are starting to look MUCH BETTER than before. They’re less apparent, even when I’m not wearing LifeCell. My skin also feels soft and smooth. I still need some moisture though, so I called the LifeCell customer support number and got the OK from one of their reps to layer on a moisturizer after the product fully absorbs.  I actually feel the product working every time I apply it. I feel it absorb and sort of tingle. It’s hard to explain. I’m kind of worried about how well this is showing results. Usually when something works this well, it peaks early.

Day 14: My worries from Day 7 have gone away. I continue to notice a difference as each day passes. My skin feels much more elastic and bouncy. I have some stubborn dark spots that not even my beloved Perricone Cold Plasma can remove, and LifeCell is actually helping. I still feel it working every time I apply it. My skin feels plumper, softer, smoother, all good things. I’m really happy about this. I started doing some research on LifeCell and read that it has elastin-producing ingredients like Vitamin C and Matrixyl 3000 in its formula.

Day 30: This has become my favorite anti-aging cream. I still have half a tube left! Not once did I see any irritation. After testing this product out for myself, I can honestly say LifeCell does provide instant results, as well as long-term results. My skin looks dramatically different. My friends and family have all asked me if I’ve had any work done. Everyone wants to know what I’m using.

Final Thoughts: Within just a couple weeks of following the manufacturers suggested use of LifeCell, I saw a major reduction in wrinkles, fine lines, deep forehead wrinkles, and even a few dark spots were gone because of the all-natural de-hyperpigmentation agent in this product! My skin felt much more supple and looked plumper and firmer. I believe the elastin-producing agent in LifeCell is one of the most potent on the market. Healthy, youthful looking skin is achieved by providing moisture, maintaining elasticity and protecting it from free radicals that accelerate the skin’s aging process. I’ve found that LifeCell targets these 3 main points and more. Although, you may want to apply an extra moisturizer if you have very dry skin. When the product is fully absorbed into the skin, it’s still hydrating deep from within and promoting collagen reproduction and maintaining skin elasticity. Wrinkles and sagging skin are addressed with its potent cocktail of clinically tested anti-wrinkle and skin firming ingredients. Infused with some of the most potent anti-aging ingredients such as DMAE and Retinol, LifeCell is gentle enough to use on the sensitive skin surrounding my eyes and decreased the appearance of puffiness, dark circles and those prominent crepey lines.

One of my favorite things about LifeCell is its ability to dry completely matte and become the perfect primer. I wear foundation, kohl eyeliner and cream blush almost every single day. This product keeps my makeup smudge free and in place throughout my entire 16 hour day by reducing pore size.

The folks at LifeCell know they have a great product on their hands. They offer a 120 Day Money Back Guarantee to those who don’t see results. That’s when you know a product is worth trying!

Cons

X No SPF (Suncreen) Protection

I must admit, I once considered getting filler injections, but after using LifeCell, that idea has gone out the window! While I am completely in love with LifeCell and will probably never look at anti-aging products the same way again, no product is perfect, the only thing that’s missing is SPF. I contacted the manufacturer’s customer support number to see if they could explain why they marketed it as an all-in-one but lacked sun protection. They informed me that the SPF would cancel out the antioxidants in LifeCell, which makes sense. So while this product didn’t replace my entire 6 step skincare regimen, it did reduce it significantly to a 2 step regimen, in turn saving me plenty of time and money! As with all skin care products, everyone is different and we all have different lifestyles, so always keep in mind that results may vary and results are not guaranteed, thus the 120 Day Money Back Guarantee.
